 During
summer time Piceno country becomes a big shop-window where you can see typical products in. All the different
kinds of typical foods produce a wide schedule of eating
events.
It’s a unique chance to taste all the different
specialty goods of our country. Every town or village
has its own ‘Sagra’ where it can exhibit its main
traditional dishes, and usually these events attract
tourist's attention.
 The
‘Sagra’ is a real cultural legacy that has to be well
kept and preserved. Some of that event belong to the
gastronomic history of Piceno and to its rich tradition:
for instance the Sagra of ‘Maccheroncini di Campofilone’
made the town being known throughout the world.
